The Mason Jar Chicken Salad and Honey Mustard Dressing has been one of my staples since starting on the 21 Day Fix. You can have it for lunch or dinner, it is easy and you get so much food!
I usually prepare my meals on Sunday, but this is easy enough to put together any night of the week. Keep this recipe handy because I am sure it will become one of your favorites too.

Hi Liz-
I think it made 4 jars of salad and then the salad dressing made more then needed. I haven’t made it in a while but thinking about it now makes me hungry for it!!!
