I’ve never actually shopped for Christmas decor, 90% of what I have is hand me downs from my mom and grandmas. By next Christmas we should be in the new house so I knew that I would want to update my decor. I brought my sister back to the airport on the 29th so mom and I took the opportunity to get some after Christmas shopping done. We hit up Hobby Lobby, Joann’s and Micheal’s, everything Christmas was at least 50%. I wish I would’ve shopped sooner because almost all the Christmas decor was gone at Hobby Lobby and Micheal’s. However I scored a bunch of great stuff at Joann’s! Even better was all the Christmas items were 75% off and then I had a coupon for an additional 25% off. The bottom off my receipt looked like this.

That’s right a savings of $400 (insert happy dance)! It felt like a ton of stuff when I was stacking my cart full and now this morning when I  packed it all up I was like that’s it? Either way I got a lot of good deals (don’t ask my husband’s opinion) and I can’t wait to decorate next year, only 358 days to go, 332 days until decorating because that is happening the day after Thanksgiving.

This is everything I got that day and then the next day we went to At Home Superstore and found a couple more things.
